1. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. Renewal charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing cycles, unused suggestions, or mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except in cases of duplicate charges resulting from system error or where required by law. If a free trial is offered, charges begin once the trial ends unless canceled before renewal.
4. Add-ons and Top-Ups
Additional "bump-up" packages are non-refundable and expire at the end of the cycle in which they are purchased. Unused add-ons do not roll over.
5. Termination by 2B&1G Solutions, Inc
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the Terms of Service, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or non-payment. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Florida law and disputes are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
